At Baidyanath Dham Seva, every order is freshly prepared and packed with care.

Due to the perishable nature of sweets, prasad, and food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package.

We will review your request and, where our investigation confirms an issue on our part, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution based on our assessment of the issue.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are prepared or dispatched.

Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
